"I wanted to extend a heartfelt Kudos to Ms. Tejada for her outstanding service today. I have been a customer since 2009 and I was extremely impressed with her. I usually call via phone to handle my business with State Farm. However, since I was not working today, I decided to stop by the office. I was greeted by Ms. Tejada with a smile and she shook my hand. Once I explained how I was there to pay my monthly bill and look over my account to see if there was anything that I should add or remove from my policy, she agreed to help me. Ms. Tejada was very professional and polite while she explained the different products to me. She was so knowledgeable and she was able to answer all of my questions. Not to mention, that she was able to articulate everything to me where I was able to fully understand. Ms. Tejada was very passionate and helpful at this time. I know that it's easy for customers to complain when we are unhappy. Therefore, I felt that it was appropriate for me to write this comment expressing how I felt comfortable and respected while I spoke with Ms. Tejada. Thank you for having employees who are dedicated to excellence and the community. Ms. Tejada displayed skills of a leader and she is definitely an asset to State Farm. Kudos once again!!!"
